Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless stock or payment issues occur).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During high order volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days — in such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

• We currently ship to USA, UK, France, EU countries, Canada, Australia, India, and selected international destinations.
• Shipping charges depend on destination, package weight, and order value, and are calculated at checkout.
• For some destinations, shipping costs may be higher due to customs or import duties—these costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Estimates

USA / UK / Europe: 7–14 business days
Canada / Australia: 10–18 business days
Other International: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates exclude customs delays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Import Duties & Customs

• Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their local authorities.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery / Refused Shipment

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Re-shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not liable for packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and retain all packaging materials for verification.
