  • Orders over $299 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • $25 fixed shipping fee for orders below $299, and the shipping timezone is GMT+5:30.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days(Mon-Fri) after payment confirmation. Delivery generally takes 15–18 business days(Mon-Fri).
  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, where applicable.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days(Mon–Fri) after payment confirmation (unless stock or payment issues occur).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During high order volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days(Mon–Fri) — in such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

• We currently ship to the USA, UK, France, EU countries, Canada, Australia, India, and selected international destinations.
• Shipping charges depend on destination, package weight, and order value, and are calculated at checkout.
• For some destinations, shipping costs may be higher due to customs or import duties—these costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Import Duties & Customs

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery / Refused Shipment

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Re-shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not liable for packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.
