1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
- Items are missing from the package
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All seals and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

- Provide order number and issue details
- Attach images if applicable
After review, we will provide return instructions.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is lost in transit:
- We will verify with the courier
- A replacement or refund will be issued if confirmed
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
