1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is past the printed expiry date
Items are missing from the delivered package
To remain eligible, returned products must be:
Unopened and unused
In original packaging with seals intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase
📌 Items that are opened, used, or altered after delivery cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
To comply with product-safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Safety-restricted health products
Opened or used consumable products
Items returned without authorization
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

3. Return Request Procedure
To request a return:

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
If the refund is delayed after processing, please contact your bank/payment provider
In cases where a full return is not applicable, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply
MedicoEase may cancel an order if necessary due to unavailability, regulatory restrictions, or incorrect information. In such cases, a full refund will be issued
6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is lost during transit, we will initiate a refund or replacement after verification with the courier.
Delays caused by customs clearance or local regulations are outside our control, but our support team will assist with tracking.
