Conditions of License

  1. This license shall be displayed in a prominent place on the licensed premises accessible to the public.
  2. The license shall remain valid subject to continued compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
  3. Compliance inspections shall be conducted at least once every three years or as required under a risk-based assessment approach.
  4. Drugs shall be sold only if procured from duly licensed manufacturers or dealers against proper cash or credit memos.
  5. No drug shall be sold to any person not holding a valid license, except where permitted under applicable law (government authorities, hospitals, registered medical practitioners, or authorized institutions).
