1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • Items are missing from the package

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All seals and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products restricted by safety or hygiene guidelines

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and issue details
  3. Attach images if applicable

After review, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

  • If the refund is delayed after processing, please contact your bank/payment provider

In cases where a full return is not applicable, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

MedicoEase reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or incorrect information. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will verify with the courier
  • A replacement or refund will be issued if confirmed

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
